Our classes are simply the best small group training class you'll find in Orange County...at a GREAT price. Personalized service, great coaches, an awesome community and a variety of class times make our results oriented program unbeatable.

Personal Training

1-on-1, or semi-private training (2 people).  We customize the training, nutrition and accountability metrics for each person and ability.  From World Champions to everyday folks...we've seen it all and helped thousands of folks improve their health & fitness.

Online Training

For the past 20 years we've worked with clients all over the world to create customized training and nutrition plans that meet their individual goals.  We provide all the tools you'll need, along with weekly accountability to keep you focused and track.

Meet Our Coaches

Coach Dave

Owner + Director of Training

Award winning Master Coach & published author David Pollitt has over 30+ years experience with thousands of clients, a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba, is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (NSCA), and is a graduate of the Olympic Academy of Canada.  He has worked with 2 World Champions,  2 Pan Am Games Champions, 11 National Champions, professional & college athletes/teams, military/first responders, actors, models, and lots of regular folks in search of better health & fitness.

Coach Jessie


Coach Jessie comes to Kandu with a background in both competitive dance and Yoga.  She has been a member of the gym for 7+ years and was part of the Kandu Elite program.  She has her Personal Training certification from NCSF as well as 700+ hours of coaching experience at Kandu.  Outside of Kandu Jessie is a travel guru who visits new countries regularly and is a spinning cyclist enthusiast.

Coach Jared


Coach Jared is a graduate of Kinesiology from California State University Fullerton, a certified personal trainer from ACE, and has over 250 hours coaching at Kandu.  An avid runner Jared has competed in numerous races from 5km to marathons, and also enjoys challenging hikes such as Mt. Baldy and Mt. Whitney.

Coach Jamie


Coach Jamie is a longtime Kandu member and exercise freak who has participated in over 1800 workouts since we opened in 2012.  She joined the coaching ranks in early 2019,  completing her NASM certification in addition to finishing an intensive internship with Coach Dave.  She has nearly 300 hours coaching experience and maintains a true passion for all things fitness.
